Mehmet is a Senior Consultant in Regulation and Policy for Digital Innovation and brings over 15 years of global experience in financial regulation and supervision. He has advised leading international organisations, including the World Bank Group, UNCDF, and IMF, and has worked extensively with central banks and regulators across Sub-Saharan Africa, Europe, Southeast Asia, and the Arab region. With a Master’s in Public Administration from Harvard University and a Bachelor’s in Economics from Bilkent University, he offers deep expertise in cryptoassets, tokenisation, fintech, digital banking, and AI in financial services.
