DFI employs learning and instructional design sciences, gamification, and various well-tested learning and assessment tools. It utilises a mix of media formats, ranging from animation and motion graphics to videography and knowledge resources. By leveraging Educational Technology (EdTech), DFI offers immersive learning experiences at scale, enabling simultaneous instruction of thousands of students across numerous countries.
