Leading at the Frontiers will equip you with knowledge and skills to ensure that you not only survive but thrive in this new world of work.

You will explore yourself, your team, your colleagues, your organisation, the way you think and problem solve as well as how you continually renew your energy levels in a world that is demanding, and where change is never-ending.

You will join 16 million people and counting by taking the Gallup StrengthsFinder assessment. This will, by default make you a life-long member of the Gallup StrengthsFinder community and will give you access to a coaching session with a certi­fied coach.

During this 8 week course you will get to spend time with Human Capital Development experts who will help you build skills in the following areas:

  • Self Discovery

  • Collaboration

  • Innovation & Design Thinking

  • Resilience

Your hosts for the course

Expert Facilitators

Susan Fouché

A people, change management practitioner, facilitator and coach with extensive global knowledge and experience in Human Capital Development in the Financial Services and Technology industries with brands such as Barclays, Fundamo and Visa. Susan’s areas of specialism include change management, culture management, career development and Strengths coaching.

Jane Moors

Jane has over 25years experience as a Facilitator, Consultant and Coach in the spheres of people development and talent acquisition, with a specific focus on resilience and growth through adversity, as well as interpersonal communication and influence.

Reinhard Moors

As an innovation consultant and facilitator as well as a professional coach who has worked with and enabled various multi-nationals over the past 20 years, Reinhard has pushed the boundaries on innovative and design thinking. Reinhard’s areas of specialisation include innovation facilitation, consulting, life and business coaching with international companies such as
Visa, State Street,T-Systems, Nobel Biocare, Atlas Copco, Bloomberg, The Steinhoff Group, Sun International and the University of Cape Town. Reinhard also lectured at the University of Stellenbosch for two years.

Alison du Toit

An organisational psychologist, consultant, leadership & collaboration facilitator and Time to Think and Enneagram Coach. Her experience is deeply embedded in the Financial Services industry and spreads into mining, retail, public sector and agriculture amongst others.
Alison has worked with organisations such as Barclays, BHP Billiton, Visa and Sasol. She spends most of her time in the following spaces: leadership & personal development, culture, coaching and facilitation.
