CFI Accion Financial Inclusion Week 2016

DFI has partnered with the Center for Financial Inclusion (CFI) and will participate in Financial Inclusion Week 2016, an initiative of Financial Inclusion 2020, a research and advocacy project at the Center for Financial Inclusion (CFI) to deepen the shared understanding of what financial inclusion is, where the gaps are and the roadmap to achieve it.

Financial Inclusion Week, which takes place from 17th – 21st October, aims to build momentum around addressing the most significant gaps in financial inclusion through a week of global conversation. This year’s theme is keeping clients first in a digital world.

As a partner of Financial Inclusion Week DFI will host a week long seminar in our digital Community of Practice in Switch, where we will facilitate digital discussions, highlight relevant information from our Knowledge bank in the form of videos and papers, post insights produced by our Alumni related to customer research and host two webinars on the topic.

Webinar 1 – ‘People’s financial coping mechanisms’, hosted by Ignacio Mas – Executive Director, DFI
Date: Tuesday 18th October
Time: 4pm CAT/10am EST
