Behavioural Interventions that Advance Financial Inclusion
This report by Cenfri, looks at behavioural interventions that influence financial decisions or behaviours of customers. These kind of interventions can reduce the cost of acquisition, increase retention and use of financial services, but of course the interventions come at a cost to the financial service provider.
